• We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

We are not responsible for:

• Changes in algorithms (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Ad account suspensions
• Platform policy changes

8. Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results such as:

• Sales
• Leads
• ROI

Marketing is strategy + timing + audience behavior, not magic.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. Any pending dues must be cleared before termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Business interruptions
• Platform-related issues
